I can't log into my account. What should I do?

If your email address is not recognized

Check that you're using the right email address. Contact support if the email address is still not being recognized.

If you can't remember your password

You have two options:

• Click Forgot your password. This will take you to a page where you can request an email to reset your password. Check that the email address displayed is correct, then click Reset Password. Follow the instructions in the email that you receive.
• Click Login without a password. This sends a link via email to your email address. Click this link to log in your account instantly. The link is valid for only one hour and can be used only once.

If you enter your password incorrectly too many times, then you will see a message asking you to try again soon.
