Why can't I reset my password?

You should be able to reset your password by clicking Forgot your password while logged out, as described in How do I change my account password?.

If you haven’t received the reset email, make sure that you can receive emails from Meta by following these troubleshooting steps.

If the above steps don’t help, check that you’re using the right email address. Contact support if we’re still not recognizing your email address during at login.

If you've entered your password incorrectly too many times, then you will need to wait a few hours until you can reset your password.
