Why did my Meta Model API payment fail?
If a payment doesn't go through, we'll notify you by email so you can fix the issue and manually settle your balance. If the balance remains unpaid, we may temporarily block API calls until it's paid.
Go to Billing and select Pay now to settle your balance and restore access.
A failed payment may occur due to one of these common issues:
Card may not be active
If you receive an error about an inactive card, check the expiration date and update your payment details. You can also add a new payment method to your account. If you continue to receive this error, contact your financial institution.
Expiration date may be invalid
If you receive an error about an invalid expiration date, check the expiration date and update your payment details. You can also add a new payment method to your account. If you continue to receive this error, contact your financial institution.
Your payment method could not be charged
If you receive an error stating that your payment method could not be charged, confirm that all of your card details are entered correctly and update them as needed. If you continue to receive this error, contact your financial institution or add a new payment method to your account.
The charge is declined by your financial institution
If your charge is declined by your card issuer, confirm that all of your card details are correct and update them as needed. If you continue to receive this error, contact your financial institution or add a new payment method to your account.
