Where can I find Model API policies and Terms of Service?

All Meta Model API policies are available at the AI Developer Legal Center.

Key documents include:

• Terms of Service — governs your use of Model API, including account responsibilities, payment obligations, and intellectual property rights.
• Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) — defines prohibited uses of Model API, including content restrictions and abuse policies.
• Privacy Policy — explains how data is collected, used, and protected.
