How does billing work for my Muse Code subscription?

Your subscription renews automatically each month on the date you first subscribed. If that date doesn't exist in a given month (for example, the 31st in a 30-day month), you're charged on the last day of that month instead.

Manage your payment method

Manage your payment method and view your billing history from Accounts Center. Keep a valid payment method on file to avoid interruptions to your subscription.

Consider adding a backup payment method. If your default payment fails, your backup is charged automatically so your subscription stays active.

If a payment fails

If your payment method fails and you don't have a backup on file, you may lose access to your subscription. To avoid this, keep your payment method up to date and add a backup in Accounts Center. If a payment fails, Meta may give you a short grace period to fix the issue before canceling your subscription.

Refunds

If you cancel your subscription, you won't receive a credit or refund unless required by law.
