Effective Date: July 31, 2026

These YC Program Terms ("Program Terms") supplement the Meta Model API Terms of Service ("API Terms") and govern your participation in the Meta Model API YC Program ("Program"). By enrolling in or accessing the Program, you agree to be bound by these Program Terms in addition to the API Terms. Capitalized terms used but not defined herein have the meanings given in the API Terms.

In the event of a conflict between these Program Terms and the API Terms, these Program Terms control solely with respect to Program-specific benefits and obligations described herein.

1. Program Eligibility & Enrollment

1.1 Eligibility. The Program is available to individuals who attended the YC Startup School event on July 26, 2026 ("Qualifying Event"). Meta reserves the right to verify eligibility and to deny or revoke enrollment at its discretion.

1.2 Account. To participate, you must maintain an Account in good standing under the API Terms. Your Program enrollment is tied to a single Account and is non-transferable.

2. Program Benefits

2.1 API Credits. Upon enrollment, Meta will apply promotional credits to your Account for use with the Services ("Program Credits"). Program Credits are subject to the terms in API Terms Section 13.3 (Promotional Credits). Unless Meta states otherwise, use of the Services through Program Credits will be treated as Standard Services.

2.2 Credit Validity. Program credits do not expire and remain valid until used. The registration window for the Program closes on July 26, 2027; you must enroll and complete any required registration form by that date to receive Program Credits.

3. Program Duration & Termination

3.1 Duration. The Program registration window opens on the date of the Qualifying Event and closes on July 26, 2027. Your enrollment begins upon Meta's acceptance of your registration and continues until your Account is terminated under the API Terms or all Program Credits are exhausted.

3.2 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of your Account or access to the Services under the API Terms, or upon expiration of the Program: (a) any unused Program Credits are forfeited; and (b) your access to Program-specific benefits ceases. Your Account and access to the Services (subject to standard pricing) are otherwise governed by the API Terms.

4. Miscellaneous

4.1 Publicity. Neither party may use the other's name, logo, or trademarks in connection with the Program without prior written consent, except that Meta may identify you as a Program participant in aggregate or anonymized form.

4.2 Compliance. You confirm that you will comply with all applicable anticorruption laws.

4.3 Entire Agreement. These Program Terms, together with the API Terms and any applicable Additional Terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and Meta with respect to the Program.
